Getting started with RollupBandit

RollupBandit is built for organisers running golf roll-ups, swindles and society events. The roll-up, done right.

  1. Create a roll-up

    Create your regular group and give it a name.

    • Wednesday Roll-Up
    • Friday Swindle
    • Society Day
    • Winter League

  2. Add your golfers

    Add the regular players in your group. You only need to do this once.

  3. Select who is playing

    Before each round, choose which golfers are playing. Only selected golfers appear in the tee sheet and scoring screens.

  4. Configure the round

    Set up the round however your group plays:

    • Holes
    • Entry fee
    • Prizes
    • Side games
    • Twos pot
    • Nearest the pin
    • Longest drive

  5. Generate the tee sheet

    RollupBandit can generate groups automatically. Organisers can adjust the tee sheet before play.

  6. Enter scores

    Record Stableford front-nine and back-nine scores as players finish.

  7. View results

    RollupBandit calculates everything that matters at the end of the round:

    • Leaderboard
    • Prizes
    • Side games
    • Payouts
    • Handicap changes, where configured

  8. Share with the group

    Share tee sheets, results and round summaries with your players — designed to look right in the WhatsApp group, not just on screen.
