RollupBandit is in private beta. The fastest way to get help, suggest a refinement, or flag a glitch is to drop us a line.
Replies typically land within a working day. Include the device you're on and a quick note on the screen you were on when something didn't read right.
What's worth raising
- Anything that doesn't behave the way an organiser would expect - payouts, side games, handicap movements, tee groups.
- Copy that reads off, ambiguous, or just feels wrong on the day.
- Visual rough edges on iPhone or Android - typography, spacing, layout that looks unfinished.
- Roll-up formats we don't yet handle cleanly. The more specific the description of how your roll-up runs, the better.
Private beta feedback
Beta builds are improving daily. Feedback during this phase has direct impact on what ships at public release - there's no roadmap committee, just the people building the app.
If you've spotted something already corrected in a newer build, the next push will pick it up automatically. We'll always note in the reply when something raised has already been fixed in-flight.

Anything sent to support@rollupbandit.com is read by the small team building RollupBandit. See the privacy page for how roll-up and round data is handled in the app itself.
